Ordering your cremation ashes jewellery is simple and easy with our step by step guide. We have provided details of our process within 4 easy stages from placing your order to delivery of your precious piece.

Placing your order

Choose from our collection of beautiful cremation ashes jewellery, created with ashes, hair, fur or horsehair. You can also choose to have multiple inclusions together.

Step 2

Arrival of your Inclusions pack

After placing your order, we will post out an inclusions pack, which will arrive within 3-5 working days. In this pack there will be an instruction sheet and the necessary tools to send in your ashes, hair, fur or horsehair to us.

Creating your precious piece

Once we have received your inclusions and any necessary detail requirements, a notification of ‘safe arrival’ will be emailed to you and production will commence.

Beautifully gift wrapped

Your completed order will be beautifully gift wrapped and comes with a free warranty period included. We aim to deliver within 1-3 business days from dispatch and any unused inclusions will be returned back to you with your finished jewellery.
