After thinking i had missed the window for a memorial piece to be made and delivered before christmas, I emailed the company and they were so helpful. I managed to send my ashes off on the same day for next day delivery and received my jewellery piece one week later! I really appreciate them for doing this such short notice and would recommend them to everyone. They were very understanding and the customer service was spot on. This is the only company i have no doubts with when it comes to them handling ashes! The paw print charm i ordered for my partner looks really nice and i think she will be really pleased on christmas day.

Really pretty but the pendant is smaller than i thought, be helpful if photos of someone wearing it or a 20 p piece for scale. Also ordered a green ring and the color is much lighter than it looks in the color selection however its still beautiful

We are sorry to read that you are not 100% happy with your purchase. We do try to provide as much information as possible to guide customers before they make a purchase. The measurements for the heart pendant are stated within the product page description to provide an idea of overall size.
Thank you for your suggestion regarding the model wearing our pieces. We appreciate your feedback and this is something that we are currently creating, however it will take a bit of time to produce and hopefully we will have these available at some point in 2026.
With regards to the colour examples. This is something that can be harder to showcase due to various factors like screen resolutions and the overall outcome will also depend on ashes type etc. We do however, try to provide as close as possible examples of these. For a specific shade, we do offer a custom colour option on many of our items where customers can upload an image for us to colour match.
