Ordered a necklace and ring to save some ashes following my husbands death. The customer service was fabulous, I missed the deadline for Christmas but received clear Instructions via email and post what I needed to do. I waited till after Christmas to get my order fulfilled, it was definitely worth the wait, the jewellery received is beautiful. Definitely recommend anyone using this company

Our ashes got sent to the wrong address, however the guys at Nicky Robin went above and beyond to help us out and get our daughters gift made and delivered to us in time for Christmas. I would recommend them to anybody who is after these type of gifts/jewellery.
