Jewellery Disclaimers

We believe in 'honesty is key,' especially in respect to the sentimental value each piece holds to every one of our customers.  We want you to be absolutely over the moon with your jewellery from us and to ensure that every aspect of your piece is as expected from placing an order with us.  We have provided advice that explains possible variations that may arise when crafting jewellery and how each piece will be totally unique from the next piece made.

Ashes Jewellery - We will try to craft your ashes jewellery in the polymer colour chosen, however please be mindful that the shade may vary slightly from the colour expectations shown on our website.  This can be due to screen resolution and ash type, which can affect this.  Each persons ashes we receive differ in some way or another from colour to texture, from soft white ash to large dark ash, which can all alter the way a piece will turn out.  We feel this is extremely beautiful as it ensures that each piece is totally unique with no other ever being made exactly the same.  Pure uniqueness.

We will ensure that every care is taken when crafting your precious memorial jewellery, but if you are ever dissatisfied with your jewellery from us in respect that a fault has occurred with any part of the jewellery piece, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know and we will resolve any issues you may have.
