Christmas Closure Help & Advice
Whilst we are away, orders can still be placed online during this time, which we will process upon our return. E-gift cards will be processed instantly.
We would advise to only return your inclusions pack for custom ashes jewellery and ashes glass homeware after the 7th January to ensure peace of mind of their safe arrival, as we will be unable to send notifications during our closure.
During our Christmas closure, we will be unavailable to answer queries, process packs and orders. If you have any queries with your order, please let us know and we will be happy to answer and deal with your query upon our return.
